MARK:   Third flat tire in Oregon. Time for Idaho!

Had a heck of a busy time following Mark today! First the flat tire fiasco,  then a deer jumps out right in front of him and then a few minutes later the cattle parade across the highway.  Eastern Oregon is much more “wild west” than I thought it would be.

Earlier in the day, I spent some time taking pics of the doll given to us by a former student from AUBG (American University in Bulgaria).  We promised to show the doll the world and so we are doing that. Here is one from mural-crazy town of Vale, Oregon.

Where are all the people, cars and animals?

The pics above and below shows the doll in the middle of nowhere (in between Unity, Oregon and Brogan) where there were so few cars or people (or anything, for that matter) that I couldn’t help take some pictures to prove it.   I have more doll pics from other places…will post when I have time.  For now, I am packing up and getting ready to meet Mark in Boise, IDAHO! Tonight we will stay with Warm Showers hosts. Looking forward to that and will write about that experience tomorrow!
